Lecturer
I am currently the Programme Leader and lead lecturer for the Theatre, Acting and Performance 3 year BA (Hons) Degree at Rotherham College (Validated by the University of Hull).
I also teach 16-year-olds BTEC and UAL and am a qualified Arts Award Adviser at bronze and silver. Rotherham College.
I am part of an OFSTED rated outstanding department and HE graded Silver Status university and teach a range of modules including historical/ contextual studies, Devising innovative performance, political theatre, site-specific performance, Shakespeare & classical theatre, professional industry roles and placement, research and demonstration project, naturalism and Method acting, anti- naturalism/ alternative approaches to acting, acting for musical theatre, acting for camera, audio acting and mask/ movement.
I have private tutored A-level students and GCSE students for theatre/ performance studies and English literature.
I have taught adult drama classes and drama classes to complex needs groups through WEA.
I have covered and taught supply sessions at Norton College, Sheffield and been a vendor at the University of Sheffield.
